weekenders pt. 3:
I'm quite the novice when it comes to photography, and it shows when I hang out with experienced friends. Instead of using appropriate terminology I'm likely to describe what I'm trying to achieve using geographic locations as placeholders; Maybe it's a "Cornish feel" or a "Nordic mood". Anyways here's @daytonchen
reaction when I said I'm looking for a "Dunkirk look".
My 5 y/o technically took the best photo of the weekend. He handled the focus and snapped the pic, I set him up and spun his glow stick like a madman for 8 seconds and a quick burst if light on my face at a standstill at the last second. The crazy thing was it was so dark in the National Forest my eyes could actually still see where the swirls were and place my face in the middle of the circle... or I got very lucky #longexposure #becklerscreek #neonlights #canon #pnw #pnwsummer #thegreatoutdoors
Idyllic camp spot. Tag a friend that needs to camp here.

With almost 40 years of experience we know how to shape our fudge into the perfect size to fit our product boxes!
We started town shopping for a possible distant future base camp. This weekend: Brevard,NC....meh. But we did get some good food, stay quirky campsite and got to revisit one of my favorite spots on the Art Loeb trail.
If you’ve never been on a sunrise hike, push yourself to wake up early and make the drive and take the hike because in all of my years hiking, sunrise is the best experience by far.

Weekend adventures. In the video we were pretty much lakeside driving up to the road. All alone. The campsite was pretty secluded and no crazy neighbors.
Look at that dog driving a Jeep! It's the craziest thing!
Raining just past the foothills caused a vertical rainbow over South Boulder Peak.
Weekend Escaped. No fire can stop us. Be safe everyone.
