Well guys, today I both failed and succeeded at the same time. Last January, I made it into the #1000poundclub
with a combined 1,037 pounds between my squat, bench, and deadlift. After that, I decided that I was going to shoot for an ambitious 1200 pound lift by the end of January 2018.. today was my attempt at 1200 pounds and I was far from it to say the least. Now pay in mind I am harboring a left bicep tendinitis which hindered my bench, but that wouldn’t have even gotten me close. Today, I PR’d in every lift with a 400lbs squat, a 275lbs bench, and a 435lbs deadlift. Bringing my grand total to 1,110lbs combined. I’d like to thank @bedmonds_leo
for making sure the weights didn’t crush me today! And now, my summer cut begins! Yay, cardio 🤦🏻♂️....
