punya menu Mozza Chicken Honey BBQ, sensasi gurih manis bertemu dengan keju mozzarella. Potongan ayamnya cukup banyak, kematangan oke, dan bumbunya meresap sampe ke dalam. Tapi inget begitu tersaji depan mata langsung dicocol ya jangan kelamaan soalnya keju ga melting lagi nanti.
Menu ini masih baru dan belom ada di menu tapi udah bisa diorder tinggal ngomong aja sama waitressnya ga bakal ditolak kok, yakin. .

What a glorious day for a surprise party in the most beautiful home packed with the sunniest people ☀️ I filled their laughing bellies with ice-cold gazpacho shots (topped with pickled roast beetroot, chopped egg and wild garlic oil); beet & vodka-cured salmon on horseradish cucumber; jamon serrano asparagus with hollandaise; rye sourdough crostini topped with wild mushrooms and tarragon emulsion; warm, malted, seedy wholegrain sourdough with smoked whipped butter (🍦); roast lamb shoulder on olive quinoa with tarragon slaw, raw kale salad and a tzatziki that’ll ward off vampires until summer 2034; hazelnut praline dacquoise with forest fruit ice cream (somewhat melty following its hour-long Uber across London on the hottest April day in 70 years 🙄) and fresh fruit. Today at the open food photography demo at @billybluecollegeofdesign
we also looked at the overhead shot. It’s interesting to see food photography trends shifting, when I studied it was all about the minimal shot, flat light with minimal shadow. Nowadays, you’ll find food photographs with a similar lighting design gracing the galleries of @epicurious @bonappetitmag
and even @gourmettraveller.
We shot this tethered to Capture One and this was lit using a light head with a gridded reflector to get the contrasty but soft shadowing without being a total blowout to the highlights. We also had a backlight with a large rectangular soft box set to the lowest power setting and the image had a little bit of retouching using Lightroom and Photoshop. Thank you to all of the amazing staff who assisted with the lighting and to all of the wonderful and enthusiastic photographers in the making who attended!!!
