18.1 ✅✅✅ I don’t really care so much about scores because for me #fitness
is about being my best. I do like tracking progress for self improvement (so yes in that sense I care about my personal scores) because for me physical progress ➡️ mental progress. When I #workout
I compete against myself and yesterday was a great example of that. In this #18point1
workout you can’t pace off of others you have to #doyou
and focus on continual movement.
Yesterday I didn’t look at the clock or even know what round I was on the entire time (had to watch the video afterwards just to figure it the score!). I just did a 20-minute workout with a stellar team. I told #coachbri
to pace me but I didn’t even know how many rounds he was pacing me for 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ I trusted that he would know what to do and he actually paced me faster than I thought he would (knows me well! 😂). Judge Megs kept things official and efficient by knowing exactly when I needed chalk and not telling me my current round (I prefer this as it allows me to just do what I know I can). She might have missed counting a round but hey being a judge is hardwork! 😘And s/o to my videographer Mitch hard at work getting every legit rep on film 📹📹.
