Jenny Yang, former chair of the #EEOC

members as a part of the 2016 Employment Law & Legislative Conference.
During this speech, Yang described the EEOC's efforts related to a pay data collection proposal, retaliation guidance, and systemic harassment.
Today, Yang serves as a Fellow at the Open Society Leadership in Government where she works to strengthen workplace protections – including anti-harassment protections at the state and local level – for the growing number of Americans in contingent work arrangements as structural changes in the workplace transform the future of work 🙌🏽
