I’d been eyeing this bad boy off for a while! Despite its gargantuan mass, it’s actually pretty easy to eat! .
The different pork cuts made for a fun experience, although I feel they may have competed a little too much for your pallet. I would have liked to see the pork belly crispier and saltier, and the pulled pork more #moist
The brioche bun - ALWAYS a good option, especially with pig.
Above all, I would have liked the cronut to be a lot more in my face (figuratively speaking). More sugar, more...tang... perhaps some cinnamon sugar is in order...
