Cooked breakfast today! Nice and speedy too. Syns only for the marg. it’s scrambled egg with spinach incase you’re wondering what that green pile is 😂 Really going to try and make sure today’s a good day but we’ve got a bbq planned for later so may end up having a cider or two 🤙🏻 thinking of a jacket potato for lunch 👍🏻

I struggle more with staying on plan and eating properly when at home. But managed it today!! With the following weird combo.... Brunch - new potato and mushrooms with 2 low fat quorn sausages and poachies 😍 I just loveeee breakfast food. But frylight ruined my mushrooms - I'd happily use some syns for butter or oil I think!

Another banana- featuring Opes
Then 'dinner' ish - SW houmous (free) with cucumber and carrots and 2 ryvita (part hexB)
& finishing with 2 freddos (10 syns) - also featuring Opes - he thought I'd share...I'm going to have bits of Choc at a weekend within syns and stick to the no choc rule during the week!
Also did some meal prepping. But then once I'd made it I wasn't hungry to eat any of it today! But made biggggg batch of tomato sauce which is useful for all sorts, and the freezer. Plus carrot and lentil soup which will do lunch tomorrow & throughout the week. And means I don't have to do Sunday big cook which is nice!

Tonight I went along with one of my good mates to an Armenian Supper Club which comprised a 10 course feasting menu of different Armenian dishes and it was so unbelievably yum! Definitely trying some @SlimmingWorld
