A little gain this week..... should have been much worse after the last few days! So I've been lucky, and need to get my arse in gear and stop messing things up 😂 I will get that 5 bloody stone award next week! NSV tonight though, so 2 weeks ago was the first time I'd walked back up the hill from the station after group. Walked home again tonight but without stopping! Definitely feeling fitter. Stairs are much easier, I'm even going down & back up 2 flights of stairs during my breaks in work just for some extra exercise! Hoping to start walking more often & doing more. There's a gym in a hotel next door which I'm thinking of joining too, just got to find out the weight limits on the machines 😂 food-wise today I've not eaten much, had a plum and a yoghurt this morning, and chicken & bacon pasta for dinner. There were a few syns in the pasta, not sure how many but not had any today so it's all good!
