Work lunch! Quinoa (free) with kale (speed), sweet potato and spicy chickpeas (free), 2.5syns of tahini and a balsamic and soy dressing 🤤🤤🤤
Lunch was syn free garlic tagliatelle with seasoned chicken, broccoli, cauliflower & cabbage (leftover from nan's sunday dinner yesterday which I forgot to post) with 60g of primula cheese with jalapenos as my hexa, this was very filling 😋🍽

Yes. I’m going over my syns. No I’m not eating enough speed food... but I’m still eating a lot better than I was before I joined the plan and so I’m proud of myself. I endured a vile Aldi chicken tikka masala whilst Myke had a beautiful takeaway. I’ve eaten two subway salads this week... being out and about is hard when on plan I find.
I’ve also returned to work and so I’m finding my routine... which will be changed again when I break for the summer hols on Wednesday!

Mug cake for breakfast using half of my hexb for oats, 3.5 syns for choc chips, 0.5 syns for tsp of choc shot. Used an alpen bar for the rest of my hexb, vanilla quark, 2 x apples & a tangerine 😊🍊🍎🍫
Every Monday for the past few weeks I've planned to run, and every time I've ended having a really bad night's sleep and not being able to get up 😴
Breakfast was 40g oats (HExB), with almond milk (PT HExA), 2tsp of PB (3syns), a tsp of choc shot (1syn), mashed banana (free) and loooooads of raspberries (speed). I added 0.5syns of yoghurt afterwards as it was too hot to eat! 🤤 .
Needed filling up this morning and it certainly did! Also has a coffee with a bit more almond milk. Let's get this (very warm) Monday over and done with!
