At the moment I am doing 3x weights sessions as part of my rowing programme and 1x weights session with netball 🚣🏽♂️🏋🏽♀️🤾🏾♀️.
When I’m training alone I have started to record clips just so I can check my form and improve the next set.
I’m trying to really focus on controlling the movement for my lifts, and engaging all the muscles I am using. Trying to build my Mind-Muscle relationship 👀🧠💪
