Porridge made 2:1 parts water:oats ☺ Also I throw this in the microwave for 3 minutes cause who can be arsed cleaning pots in the morning 😅 You don't have to include 1/3 speed if eating a healthy extra and I'm not massive for it first thing - will snack on speed til lunch though!

What I cooked versus what I actually ate. I've found sitting down and concentrating on my food means I stop eating when I'm full not when the plate is empty. The first Pic is pasta N Sauce 3.5 with green beans and peas (s and f) and then 2 quorn Sausages (1.5 each)
I ate both Sausages and half the pasta so am counting 5 syns. Super filling.

I'm someone who has never been thin, and would usually head straight for a size 16, which will inevitably go up or down a size depending on style and shop.
I've forever been on the quest to be slimmer, but I know that when I'm at my happiest, doing things I love, the extra junk in my trunk doesn't even cross my mind.
