So I’ve gone over my weekly syn count by 47 in one day 😂 but you know what? I fucking needed this blow out. It was a tough week last week for a number of reasons, and I’m not feeling myself at the moment. A night off with my husband was needed. Pizza is on the way - and depending on how I feel on Thursday morning I may decide to postpone weigh day until next week. We shall see. I hope everyone has had a wonderful day, and I will be back to posting on plan tomorrow!

So I’m still 10 pound until target 🎉 if you followed me last week you will know I was away with work on an event Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and I was not in control of the food I ate I could just food optimism to the max !! Which I did and I was strict, I had no alcohol, no desserts and I’m so proud!! Still on track and feeling in control for this week 😎 plan of action is to just keep on it! Mixing up my breakfast tomorrow so stay tuned for that excitement 😂 hope you’ve all had the results you wanted this week, if not don’t worry! Get back on it 😁 every morning is a great excuse for a fresh start 😉
