So I’m still 10 pound until target 🎉 if you followed me last week you will know I was away with work on an event Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and I was not in control of the food I ate I could just food optimism to the max !! Which I did and I was strict, I had no alcohol, no desserts and I’m so proud!! Still on track and feeling in control for this week 😎 plan of action is to just keep on it! Mixing up my breakfast tomorrow so stay tuned for that excitement 😂 hope you’ve all had the results you wanted this week, if not don’t worry! Get back on it 😁 every morning is a great excuse for a fresh start 😉
Weigh in this week: -2lb taking me to 1 stone overall 🤩 so pleased!! Tea tonight is pea pesto (2) with seasoned chicken, baked mushroom & veg 😇 #slimmingworld
Breakfast- 2 boiled eggs with a cup of tea☕️ (using milk as my HexA) Lunch- half a tin of Asda country veg soup🥦🥕🍅 (Hex B) 1/2 bag of Quavers grab bag🧀(4.5) and lastly a banana🍌
Dinner- Weight watchers beef hotpot (5) with corn🌽 broccoli🥦 and carrots🥕
For pud a banofee yoghurt🍌 (0.5) Later I will be using more of my HexA allowance for tea and having a mini milk (1.5) and a go ahead coconut slice🥥 (3) Ending the day on 14.5 syns!!
Weighed myself this morning and was pleased😀
Breakfast- weetabix (hexB) and milk (hexA) with a banana🍌
Lunch- pasta with tuna and sweet corn🌽 (11 syns) this clearly wasn’t the best choice but was on the go😂
Dinner- jacket potato🥔 tuna🐟 and veggies🥦
Caramel yoghurt (1 syn) and later will be having a mini milk (1.5 syns) ending the day on 13.5 syns so not bad😇
Bought this today to help keep me motivated and on track for holiday🌞💪🏻 and was only £3 from Matalan!
So it turns out the weekend deffo isn’t going to plan😂🙈😳
Going out for a meal tonight and tomorrow with family so what can you do💁🏻♀️
So far today I have had weetabix, ham salad sandwich, quavers and a weight-watchers yoghurt👍🏼because of the meals I have decided to not count syns today or tomorrow and get back to it Monday😅
