My breakfast this morning. I decided to switch out fruit with sweet potatoes. I was feeling something different and it is definitely yummy!
I’ve had a weird day. I haven’t been able to keep my diet that good today partly because my stomach has been off. Dunno why but my appetite was gone and my stomach was upset so I ate what I could. Breakfast was good but lunch and my one snack was bad. It was nigiri sushi with way too many cashews and some popcorn. Honestly I don’t feel too bad. One day isn’t going to destroy me. Dinner is good at least. Its okay to have an off day. If we tear ourselves up about one bad day, we will never get anywhere.
