Bent over row 5x5 at 125. The journey to get stronger and meet my goal this year has been great so far. Everyday I look forward to going to the gym and proving to myself that I am better than I was last time! I still have a lot to learn and a long way to go but it's not bad when you are enjoying the journey!
Always ask yourself what you have done today to improve from yesterday.
Today was triples for cleans and 3s-pause reps for deadlift. "Too much testing not enough training". I know better than this. Last week was the first week I put cleans in the program. Prior to my last 3-4 Training cycles I havent done that shit in anywhere from 6 months to a year. I really know better and have to humble myself here.
Clean - Fail at 205 I feel like people should show more of their weaknesses on here. This is one of those things where you just have numbers in your head. I have enough height to physically drop under the bar it's just my timing and my form are a little off.
185 just snapped into the front rack position heard the weights clunk clunk, threw in a front squat for shits and giggles. I honestly felt like 205 would be no problem. Need to go back to barbell 5x5 until I have this solved.

I’ve been slacking in cardio lately so getting in there and doing 30 minutes today was not easy. But I did it! I’ll probably get my ass back on the treadmill soon.
Started the week off right after the entire weekend not touching a barbell. It could be the angle, but I feel like my deadlift form is cleaning up nicely. I've been picking away at the same weight (225lb/102kg) again and again to clean it up. I don't know why but my right side was tapping the ground first and it was kinda annoying 😃 #deadlift #ewwpants
Tough workout today. I didn’t sleep well last night so everything felt heavy. I was feeling pretty sluggish. I squatted 210 again. It didn’t feel too bad, but my bar speed was a little slow. Deadlift was super tough. My shoulder was fucking with me and I ran out of gas before I could pull 315 for that 5th rep. Oh well, this is just a chance to come back stronger next time!!!
