Having a convo the other day about forming habits, how hard it is to start going to the gym regularly and eat well when they've never done so in the past. I'll be honest, I've never struggled to go to the gym, maybe it's just luck I had an amazing influence from the friends I made in the early days, people who have gone on to become IFBB pros, or champion strongman and women, people who's love for training oozed out of them and rubbed off on me.
I love training, literally can't imagine my life without it. If I don't go and exhaust myself I start feeling agitated and restless, can't sleep, feel grumpy! Training is my outlet, my therapy, my 'me time, it's everything to me.
As for food, well... If you don't eat right you don't we the results, so why would you not eat right?
It's pretty black and white really. You just have to decide what you want.
