How did I keep up with my new year’s resolution to be more active? Pretty darn well. #spinning is the most fun exercise I’ve ever done and has become an addiction. I try to spin 1-2 times a week for 45 minutes (its pretty intense and I would die if it was any longer), depending on my roster.I have absolutely ZERO motivation to workout myself and so going for spinning where the instructor is super intense & pushes you till you’re about to pass out, is just what I need. It’s a high intense cardio workout with resistance training so you tone those thighs at the same time!
I would recommend to start with an easy spin class before you move onto hills training. Also get yourself a gym buddy to motivate you - @sanori_s is my gym buddy. We push each other and make sure neither of us flake out!
