Memory Lane - brain boosting aromas for healthy mental functioning.
Theresa designed this blend to include all the essential oils that are being researched for their positive effects on the brain.
I prefer to keep the Just Breathe inhalation stick in my purse for when I need mid-day stimulation to keep my mind sharp: when do you use this blend?
Essential oils of Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Rose Geranium (Pelargonium rosem x asperum), Coriander (Coriandrum sativa), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Clove (Eugenia caryophyllus), Sage (Salvia officinalis), Tumeric (Curcurma longa)
“The energy of pure essential oils will always appear forthright and forthcoming. Their energy will always be open ended and unidirectionally constant in the sense that they will behave - if one can imagine it - like a direct ray of energy consistently pulsing to the olfactory center. A pure product will never dissipate its energy. Its overall intensity should never “run out the door” or “stop in a bottle” so to speak, but should be continuously energetic as long as one is smelling it …. A poor product will begin to immediately dissipate itself with a characteristic lack or loss of energy and aromatic effect as if the oil was losing its aromatic strength right in the bottle. The reason for this is that disputants and impurities have no innate energy or they lack proper energy respectably …. A pure and proper product will always retain its dashing characteristics and vivid freshness throughout the duration of olfactory contact.”

Over the past 6 months or so, I've been venturing in to the world of essential oils. I've been on the hunt for quality oils that I can blend. Then I found a local option - SoBotanical! This place is pure magic and I cannot capture how gorgeoys it is in pictures - particularly the people who are so helpful!!! This apothecary and aromatherapy bar is too beautiful to miss. If you're looking for natural self-care items or want to venture in to essential oils yourself, check them out!
Not local? No problem! SoBotanical also has an online shop so you can experience a slice of Baltimore 🙃
Having a spring fling with Orris root in my “lab” and I was inspired to feature the flavor in this sweet and bubbly quaff. Iris liqueur⚜️ (from Oregon!) with Cold Tree Gin 🌲in equal parts and infused overnight with orange zest 🍊. Pour over ice and float with sparkling water. 💦
Hand-mixed in our shop, our nourishing 'poo is the most luscious shampoo my hair has ever seen.
Real talk- the biggest offender causing your hair to be dry, dull, and brittle is the stuff in most bottles of shampoo. These toxic chemicals strip the hair and irritate the scalp.
Our shampoo uses coconut to get that sudsy lather you know and love, and smells fresh and crisp with added essential oils of: Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage, Cedarwood, Rosemary, Lemon, Peppermint. It'll help hair grow (the essential oils encourage blood flow), soften, hydrate, and strengthen. Who knows... You may even skip out on conditioning altogether afterwards. •
🚨 All essential oils are 20% off the month of March!
