Started this morning off with a mango spinach protein smoothie🌱 If you haven’t already noticed, I’m a huge fan of keeping my meals quick and simple, yet effective. This smoothie is the epitome of that :’) All you need is two minutes and a blender!
2 handfuls of spinach, 1/2 cup egg whites, frozen mango chunks, @califiafarms
mango probiotic dairy-free yogurt, @drinkorgain
vanilla bean protein powder, @navitasorganics
hemp seed, topped with @purely_elizabeth
chocolate sea salt probiotic granola💥 I paired it with my protein oat cake I posted about yesterday — a delicious duo👯♀️
