I don't go crazy with meal prep, but I do like to have an idea of what I'm eating for the week and I definitely like to prepare my work lunches ahead of time. This week I've made these BBQ Tuna Fritters from All Recipes. They sound weird but I took a chance on them years ago and I'm a really big fan. I doubled the recipe and cooked them in a non-stick pan instead of in a bunch of oil, so I calculated four servings (since it's a short week for me) as 4 SP each based on the ingredients I used. I'll also bring 1T BBQ sauce for dipping (1), a carrot, and something else (🍊🍪🧀) each day just in case this doesn't quite fill me up. #weightwatchers #smartpoints #fooddiary #wwfreestyle #freestyle #wwsmartpoints #wwcommunity

No weigh in today😔, Mini-Me claimed illness. She may not be 100% but she is bored (no screens, TV and plain food only), always a sign of not being ill 'enough' and my love of Connect4 is waning. Don't think me a bad Mom, but you just know when you've been taken for a mug. By an 8 year old!
