Today’s food! A SW fry up, a chicken roast dinner no skin and then a jacket potato for tea! The JP looks bigger than it was, it was only small and I have some fruit to snack on while I watch tv!
The best thing about Sundays is the food 🙌🏼 giant home made Yorkshire pud filled with mash potato, chicken, broccoli, carrots, stuffing and gravy 😍😍🤤
Random but soo good. Oven cooked sausages with 1 messy egg (frylight) beans and a triangle cheese for hexa. *melting pending* 🙌🏻🍴 been on plan all weekend I can’t wait for this week!

Stir fry veg from Aldi, mixed with the last portion of sweet and sour Quorn (the diet coke chicken recipe with diet lilt and Quorn) and noodles.

So it’s safe to say March has been rubbish so far🙄To top it all off I woke up with a dry chesty cough and sore throat that somehow doesn’t make me excited for salad😣. 11 days on plan out of 18 is quite frankly appalling and I need to sort it out. This calendar thing is helping me see that though and it’s helping me see patterns. Saturdays, Sundays and Thursdays are obviously hard days for me so I need to be extra careful to try my best to be on plan then. I know it’s generally when I’m eating with friends or family and I won’t stop enjoying that time but at the same time I could perhaps have a good morning and afternoon on those days so I don’t go too off plan. I know I’m sabotaging my weight loss and although I know I’ve still managed to lose(somehow), I know I can do better if I just try to stick to plan better🤦🏻♀️ hoping next week will be better for me. I always make 2 egg omelets and never end up eating it all. I always tell myself to only use 1 egg next time and then I forget, until forever. So here’s another 2 egg omelet. 🤦🏻♀️ Packed with good stuff - mushrooms, spinach, some sliced lean ham, and a tiny bit of part-skim mozzarella.
Syn free! 1/2 Hex A for both the mozzarella and the almond milk in my coffee.
