Okay so it’s been 80 days since January 1st (I think ha ha ha) and today I decided to post my first #throwbackthursday focusing on my 80 day progress. It’s not as great as it should be due to me having had a bad BED bout bought on by stress and not being able to handle my emotions. I have not done another weekly weigh in since the 26th February where I had gained 1.4 pounds. A sneaky step on the scale on the 7th March saw me up another 10.2 pounds 🙈 On top of the stress and feeling poorly the gain of 11.6 pounds had me devastated. I took some time off work to relax a bit and get my mind right and now I feel that I’m nicely on track again. I plan to weigh in on Monday for my March total and I really hope I’ve managed to shift most of the damage eating my emotions caused. No words can describe the gratitude of the Instagram community 💚 There are people on here who have no idea of just how much they help and inspire other people along the same journey. 3 stone lighter from left photo and 1 stone light from right photo I know whats good for me and dropped the chocolate addiction to remain within my syn limit.
I have never been skinny or slender and I never will be that size 8 every girl dreams off but as long as I'm healthy and never get myself back in to the severely obese mess I was when I started.
