Tried having the best options whilst at an Italian 🤦🏻♀️ scallops in tomato and garlic based sauce with rocket and tomatoes, linguine ciro for main (mussels, monkfish, squid, prawns, scallops, tomatoes and linguine with tomato based sauce again) and I had Diet Coke 🙄
This evening i was off-plan, but I had planned this meal and this is the reason I wanted to do a second week of SP so that hopefully I could enjoy this mean and still loose weight this week.
We had a groupon voucher which meant all this food was set and included so there wasn't much room for food optimising. It was a lovely meal and felt like a real treat. Whatever the scales say on Thursday i will be happy because this is just part of the journey and learning to have meals out which are not slimming world friendly and then carry on afterwards by drawing a line is what I have learned to do and is all part of the process in learning how to eat sensibily 😊
