A little Friday motivation to see us through the weekend 🌟 I always used to think what is the point in trying to lose weight - it will take forever and I wanted it to happen overnight. But taking a breath and realising that it’s okay, it’s not going to happen overnight, but the time will pass anyway so why not spend it creating the life you want? Take it one day at a time and you will get there ❤️ believe in yourself, trust in the plan and the rest will fall into place 🌟
Not sure how its not a gain but i am iver the moon !! Hope it doesnt catch up with me next week. I am going to be 100% on plan until sunday which is hard for me at weekends but i have my meals planned out for today and tomorrow so no reason for me to stray!!
