The “FITNESS” world can be crazy sometimes.. Depending on individual goals, expectations, dedication, mentality, processes
but then you look in the mirror at 5AM and just admire your body and what YOU have built, as i right?
But, I also admire my lifestyle
I am 25 years old, I’ve done all different dieting/ restrictions, long workouts, 2 hour cardio sessions, heavy weights, binging, and hibernating so I could get the results I thought I wanted
I’m not saying all these things are bad by any means, just exhausting for me specifically
It feel too good to be able to live this lifestyle, be healthy, keep a good mentality, enjoy my humans, build a family someday, build and enjoy life while continuing to transform my body and mind in the healthiest possible way
And not feel guilty for it
