Started my Monday morning off right... I admit, it’s been hard to drag my ass out of bed at 5am and go workout before work. All bullshit feels aside and here I am, still working towards my goal.
You don't need to be better than anyone else; you just need to be better than you used to be.
Lat pull downs...A staple warm up excercise on my back days. focus on a big stretch at the top, keep ur chest up and squeeze those lats on the way down. this movement really helps to stretch out the lats and spine prior to heavy lifting which is especially important for ppl who have "desk type jobs" and sit for most of the day.

Starting to see the changes in this prep already! I’m leaning out & poppin some veins. I’ve been working my butt off (or should I say on 😏) for this year’s competitions. & let’s be honest, personal training DEFINITELY has an impact on my improvements.
