The difference between Kelly’s results and those of people who never really seem to progress is she had a strong connection to her goal and impeccable adherence to the plan. No crazy supplements. No secret techniques. She made sacrifices, said no when she wanted to say yes, she MADE TIME to get her training sessions & steps in - regardless of what else was going on in her world, and because her recomposition strategy was done intelligently, she will be able to maintain the results she worked so hard for.

Now,I understand 100% compliance is simply not viable for a lot of people, nor do I expect it. However Kelly is a perfect example of return on investment. Compliance = results. If you’re not willing to do the work, if you’re not willing to go to the gym when you don’t feel like, if you’re not willing to wake up early to get your NEAT in, if you’re not willing to track your food, if you’re not willing to have a few weeks off the booze then expect that to be reflected in your progress. Simply paying for a gym membership or a PT doesn’t automatically entitle you to results. As a coach, it’s our job to provide you with the tools. Doing the work and staying motivated is all on you!
