Heard some negative shit talking pretty recently, which I will never let in my head. ⁉️
My question to those who like to judge and criticize: what has you so insecure that you’re superficially judging others? Take a look at your life first, then get back to me. I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t be able to cope with a fraction of what I’ve experienced in my life. 🖕🏽✌🏽 It took me 7 years to get this far, breaking through more mental barriers than anything. Of course I’ve had set backs along the way (work injuries, off the wagon with nutrition, mental pain) but I’ve called myself on my own bullshit and got back on track. I’ve struggled with self-image issues for most of my life, and it wasn’t until I began to trust the process with @crossfit_mahopac
that I began to break that barrier. I became way more confident with myself, and really got into this awesome way of life.
I’m far from perfect. Everyone is.
Actually, I’m pretty rough around the edges. And I’m glad that I am!
No, I don’t have a six-pack. I don’t look like a regionals athlete. But I’m happy, healthy, and stronger than ever!
I became a coach not only to help others reach their goals, but for my athletes to have the best hour of their day even if they had a shitty day.
Sure, I have a little belly. But I’m going to use @camillelbaz

To all my athletes and others who actually chose to follow me for inspiration, I’m fucking proud of you! Trust the process, and be patient with it! Keep pushing through, stay on track, and fuck what others have to say! You don’t need their validation. 😊
