." The deeper you answer is (such as "To prove to myself that I love myself and am taking care of myself now unlike I did in the past") the better your odds that you see your #fitness
journey through. There's going to be times when you want to give up, and that's why it's so important to have a real, deep and intrinsic reasoning behind why you're attempting to do things differently to become a #better
version of yourself. I highly encourage you to write down your "why" and put it somewhere where you'll see it every day - for me that's my bathroom mirror. So....WHY did you decide to do something about your fitness and health????
