This post is about self love and acknowledgment tbh I feel a bit awkward about posting it but I feel like I should be proud.
I didn’t have the easiest time growing up - that’s a whole different story. I really never knew what I was capable of achieving.
When I look at this picture I know anything is possible. I started a business a few years back that is doing so well. I have worked non stop building it, hard work is definitely a factor. I have these wonderful women on my team (a couple are missing). Clients that adore our work and always want the best for my business. I have a family, friends and a great husband. •
It’s a very powerful feeling to look at a picture and feel pride. Today I’m grateful for so much 💓

In my experience smaller requests happen quickly while larger requests may take more time
Some one cuts me off in traffic. Instead of turning into a cursing sailor I remember my goal is to maintain happiness, and I choose to look at things positively... When the driver cut me off in traffic the apple I had in my purse rolled out, and that reminded me to eat a healthy snack.
The purpose is to connect your intentions with how the universe responds. Once you begin to see your requests manifest through intentional thoughts and actions you'll notice that magic does happen everyday.

First picture: Poor Kyle's head didn't fair well on the Florida beach. It was soo bad he couldn't wear a hat. Thanks to his nagging wife (😉) he used Joyome for 3 DAYS! 😲

Trying to practice a bit of self care and not pick myself apart. All I ever see are flaws. How can I ever like what I see if I know I'll never be what my mind perceives as perfect?
No one is perfect and I'm far from it and i will never achieve the ideals I have in my head.
Maybe it's time to let these ideals go and start learning to accept me for who and what I am, imperfections and all.
I will never love myself and I'm ok with that, but maybe, just maybe I can improve the way I perceive myself and just be me. .

I’m packing up to be away from home for a few days and thought I would give you a peak into the oils I can’t leave at home.
Mostly top ten, mostly seasonal allergy needs but also some to help with car sickness, upset tummy, cleaning up the air in the hotel, helping my body relax at the end of the days, some classic sleepy time oils, and of course my Lifelong Vitality supplements. These are all in addition to the oils I keep in my purse always 🙈✌🏼

This is my only child, Sam. She will be 23 soon. I could not imagine my life without her. If fleeing a country of drug lords and poverty to save her life meant risking deportation and possible separation, I would. We as a country need to show compassion and empathy towards others. To stick up for those who cannot stick up for themselves. Truly make America great by being a nation of tolerance and acceptance to those seeking asylum and safety.
Guess what's going in my Swell bottle this morning. That's right. Scroll and you'll see this little bottle of sunshine. Did you know when you add lemon to water it absorbs down to the cellular level and hydrates your cells. That's some amazing stuff and we've had 80 percent humidity lately. (Yuk!) Staying hydrated has been a challenge lately.
I put my bottled water in a Swell bottle when I put in lemon or another which I'll show you later. Because the oils are powerful and will leach out the plastics toxins or BPA's into your water so don't be lazy on this. Stay cool and hydrate ok?!

It’s really cold here now, and I’ve been getting cold feet 😱 so I decided to try a nice warming oil massaged into my foot with some coconut oil to warm them um from the inside! The thing I don’t like about winter is being cold to the bone, so I was super happy when this little trick worked a great and my feet warmed up and I kept them snug inside my socks and boots for the day 👌🙌👌 Oily hack for the win, my feet are a little bit happier about winter now 🤣🤣🤣
Came across this article while doing my after workout routine. How fitting for an after workout read! What you need to know in a nut shell... 1) blueberries, cherries and other dark colored fruit... helps to eliminate waste that is the result of intense exercise. Blue berries have been shown to support normal inflammatory function.
