I've ran this route a million times over and have never noticed this sticker! Maybe it's new, whatever it is it's timing couldn't have been more perfect. i usually don't do tons of cardio just bc of what i prefer (plyo, weights, sprints,etc.)💪. but since i'm training for a half marathon next year, i've obviously added more running in. here's just a strength circuit i do before heading out on these looonnngg runs 😉. you can definitely repeat this 2-3 times to make it a full workout if you'd like! -20 pushups, 15 dumbbell rows, 20 jumping lunges, 15 squat + bicep curl, 20 weighted situps, and 15 toe touch + v-crunches 😝
now time for a nap to recover after my 6.4 mile run this morn🌞😂. hope y'all are having a very relaxing sunday!

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve done any type of climbing so it was nice to bang out a triple set of Coq Crunches this morning.
Trying to simulate what the Lethbridge coulees are like with no less than 15 short and steep climbs, mostly unshaded and in the open, to navigate on each 50k loop.
The city opened up the east side stairs after doing some maintenance so now it makes for a nice loop for those only looking to do the stairs section.
As I wanted to get some hill running in, the full crunch delivered the perfect mix of incline and it felt good to run most of the ups.
Altogether made for a great 2-hour workout and looking forward to increasing the reps and doing some of these workouts into the night as well.
