Amazing bistro serves potatoes!
Ok, so you aren't going to fly to Spain to get a potato, just steal the idea!!! Last night, we were supposed to do dinner and dessert. On the way to the restaurant, we saw this potato shack. I HAD to try it, first off because I am a potato freak, and second of all, because they had this wood burning stove that charred the potatoes and they looked amazing.
There were tons of toppings, some of them were super clean, like this corn and carrot thing. It was huge and of course, I ate it all, skin and everything!!! I was so crazy stuffed after, that I had no need for anything else, not even anything sweet!
Lunch meal to take? Afternoon snack? Quick use for leftovers? Possibilities are endless my friends!
This is totally-wotally something we could do at home!

🇬🇧 Meat is one of the things I feared most for years in the kitchen.
Dry roasts and stringy stews, in particular, were among my specialties. I learned to cook it by watching the programs of my favorite chefs on TV and reading many books, but above all by buying a thermometer and learning that there is not a standard time to leave the meat in the oven but that is ready when it reaches the correct temperature.
And then, even if the roast requires the oven to be turned on, and I know you're foaming at the idea, then you'll have a meat dish to eat warm, cold or whatever you want for several days.

🇮🇹 La carne è una delle cose che più ho temuto per anni in cucina.
Arrosti secchi e spezzatini stopposi, in particolar modo, erano tra le mie specialitá. Ho imparato a cucinarla guardando i programmi dei miei cuochi preferiti alla tv e leggendo tanti libri, ma soprattutto comprandomi un termometro a spillone e imparando che non c’è un tempo standard in cui lasciare la carne in forno ma che è pronta quando raggiunge la temperatura corretta.
E poi, anche se l’arrosto richiede l’accensione del forno, e so che state schiumando all’idea, poi vi trovate un secondo da mangiare tiepido, freddo o come volete voi per più giorni.
il gioco vale la candela, insomma.
