Cheesin’ cause I didn’t know there were 6 more false summits to go 🙃
First time in 16 years that we were empty nesters for five days — and we just returned from a wilderness walkabout. Happy 17th to my beloved and may we scramble up many more hills, ascend a hundred more passes and enjoy many more al fresco picnics until our tale is told out. I sure do adore you. #happyanniversary
'Just start' is something I remind myself each day ✨I'm still bothered when my projects/ideas aren't 'perfect' but going ahead regardless is something I'm training myself to do. Just start. Basically hesitation not so good.
It still takes me forever to decide what to eat at a restaurant though. That hesitation I’ll have to work on 😉
The look that's in this Bobcat's eye is just stunning!
Always acting inconsistently, at least I’m consistent
We’ve been traveling now for just over 2 months. In that time we have visited 9 countries, walked hundreds of miles, taken thousands of photos, tasted all kinds of interesting food and made friends with some of the most kind, generous and amazing people from all around the world. It’s been a whirlwind and while we are so grateful for the experience, we are also completely exhausted! It’s hard to believe that we’re not even halfway through our trip yet, it seems like we have been gone forever. So quick update- we are currently in England and are so happy to be taking it easy for the next few weeks. I have accepted the fact that I may never catch up on posting photos (this one was taken over a month ago..) but hopefully I can be better about catching up with all of you, because chances are we haven’t chatted in a while. So whether we are friends in real life or internet strangers, I want to know, what’s new? What have been the highs and lows of your summer so far? What are you most looking forward to?
What is the classiest way to smuggle a suitcase worth of Toblerone across borders? Asking for a friend.
On the look out for the next Carder catastrophe 😂 🌞 👀 so far, today we woke up with no electricity or water and our hire car broke down 👌
Done with my responsibilities. If anyone needs me I’ll be living out the rest of my days in this tree house.😎🌲🏠

We manifested and we spent copious hours on Craig’s list looking for our next big adventure. Opportunities came and some were lost but nothing seemed right, until we took a road trip to meet our long lost uncle we never knew we had. Pete and I would like to introduce to you...Uncle Rico!!! Drove 6 hours north to meet the beast. Turned the trip into a few days of camping and fishing and spending time in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Home now and relieved Uncle Rico had the steam to make it over some of the high mountain passes. Let the renovating begin!!!

Feel it along your way to greatness ⚡️ #23
Currently packing for a 6 hour road trip to Donegal at 3am in aid of grams.. Haven’t explored that part of the country yet so it’ll be interesting to see what the coast has to offer! 🎥
The light coming over during sunrise was beautiful.

, thanks for going out so late at night to capture this shot with me. The state of my heart, the place where we were, was written in the stars ⭐️
