I’ve been thinking and reflecting a lot this past week on personal #responsibility
as an athlete
I’ve started tracking my macros again and have lost over a kilo in less than a week, I had a great session with @rorimegan
to talk through some issues (particularly with my squat) I had been experiencing and already have a path forward and am seeing #progress
today felt great from top set through the down sets all the way through to some paused squats to finish. Shown is my last set of down squats at 95kg. Today had all of the squats!! I am #proud
of myself today in my selection of my top set weight. I resisted the urge to go for broke and picked a weight I know I could conquer and feel great about! And it was still a massive #PR

crew I’m in it for the long haul! I’ve grown as an athlete over the last year and a half that I’ve been powerlifting and personal accountability and responsibility really has been key. I’ve had my ups and downs but I’m back on it in full!! Can’t wait to compete at @usapowerlifting
