Happy Monday peeps!🤗 After being on a rigid diet plan for so long I’ve been enthusiastic to try new recipes and make meals a bit more interesting but still healthy. 👀Yesterday i tried a sugar free/natural/gluten free, granola recipe which is super easy and did not disappoint this morning with some greek yoghurt and berries.🙏🏻😍🍓🌰 Recipe: •3 cups gluten free oats •1 cup chopped hazelnuts •1 cup almonds •1 cup of pumpkin seeds • 1 cup sunflower seeds •1 cup flaxseed/linseed mix •1 1/2 cup dried fruit (add afterwards) •drizzle of honey •cinnamon •pink salt -combine all in a bowl and roast for 15-20minutes.#healthylifestyle #eatyourselfhealthy #cleaneating

Einfach einen veganen Blätterteig kaufen und daraus vier runde Scheiben ausschneiden (z.B. ein Teller als Vorlage nehmen). Drei der runden Teigstücke mit veganer Schokocreme bestreichen und alle übereinander legen, sodass das nicht-bestrichene Stück als oberstes liegt. Dann mit einem Trinkglas einen Kreis in der Mitte markieren und mit dem Messer vom Rand bis zum Glas in den Teig schneiden. Die entstandenen Dreiecke zweimal herum drehen. Regrann from @fattoincasadabenedetta - PARMIGIANA BIANCA DI ZUCCHINE INGREDIENTI 3 zucchine grandi 200 g di mozzarella 500 ml di besciamella 150 g di prosciutto cotto a dadini 30 g di parmigiano grattugiato Pangrattato q.b. PROCEDIMENTO Affettiamo le zucchine dello spessore di 1/2 cm circa e sistemiamole sulla placca del forno ricoperta di carta forno, saliamo, aggiungiamo pochissimo olio di oliva e facciamo cuocere in forno per 15 minuti a 190 °C con il forno statico, oppure a 180 °C con il forno ventilato. Prepariamo tutti gli ingredienti per comporre la parmigiana: la besciamella, la mozzarella e il prosciutto cotto tagliati a dadini, il parmigiano e il pangrattato. Il pangrattato serve per assorbire l’acqua che perderanno le zucchine in cottura. Prendiamo una pirofila da forno e spalmiamo uno strato di besciamella sul fondo, spolveriamo con del pangrattato ed iniziamo a sistemare le zucchine formando il primo strato. Ricopriamo con besciamella, altro parmigiano, prosciutto cotto, mozzarella e pangrattato. Poi ancora un altro strato di zucchine e così via fino a usare tutti gli ingredienti. Nell’ultimo strato mettiamo solo la besciamella e il parmigiano. Mettiamo in forno e lasciamo cuocere per 30- 35 minuti a 190°C con il forno statico, oppure a 180°C con il forno ventilato. A fine cottura la superficie sarà gratinata e leggermente croccante. BUONGIORNO♡ Come si dice... nuova settimana nuovo porridge 😂 Oggi però non è il mio solito #porridge bensì il preparato di @myproteinit "Active Woman Superfood Porridge" . Purtroppo non collaboro con Myprotein 😂 ma volevo comunque farvi una recensione così magari sapete se acquistarlo. Nell'ultimo ordine che ho fatto ho preso anche qualche campioncino (l' unboxing è salvato tra le storie in evidenza) tra cui ,appunto,questo preparato. Il gusto che ho ricevuto è "Golden Syrup" ma immagino che ce ne siano anche altri 😋. ➡️➡️➡️ Di che si tratta? In pratica è avena istantanea aromatizzata con vari superfood [semi di lino, semi di chia, polline,  maca, te verde, lucuma] e anche un po' di proteine. . 🚩🚩 io l'ho fatto usano circa 300ml di acqua e ho aggiunto un cucchiaio di avena. Adorano gli overnight l'ho fatto ieri sera e poi lasciato in frigo fino ad ora (anche per questo ho messo più acqua). Sopra invece c'è dello #skyr 🍶 e cremina al cacao 🍫. . 🔎🔎🔎 come gusto non è male , è leggermente troppo dolcificato per i miei gusti ma niente di esagerato , sinceramente è molto molto  buono , anche come consistenza😍🤤. Lo riprenderei? I finally made @thesaa.rahproject 's chia jam! It's literally the easiest thing ever to make! 😊 I used 8 tbsp of frozen berries (raspberries) and defrosted them in the microwave then mashed them together with 2 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds. I put it in the fridge for 15 ish minutes and it was ready to eat! 😋 . P. S. Can we just take a moment to appreciate my coordinated nail polish? Totally have my life together #iwish 😜
