1) Squat to Curtsy Lunge: 4x12 (Squat with a curtsy lunge on both sides = 1 rep)
2) Deadlift: 4x15
3) Bulgarian Split Squat: 4x15/leg
4) SUPERSET Kickbacks with Abductions: 4x12/leg/exercise (12 kickbacks for each leg followed immediately by 12 abductions/leg, rest, then repeat 3x)

When I started making workout videos, I wanted to use the kind of music I like to listen to while I workout for the videos, but Chengchan told me it was too weird to use slow songs for workout videos so I stuck to mainstream stuff. LoL
But hey, to each their own. I typically like to listen to more mellow music like this while I workout and time at the gym is usually spent reflecting on life and just lots of thinking. LoL #whyamisoold
Chengchan likes to listen to trap, his boyfriends listen to rap, and I have a friend who listens to podcasts and sermons while she works out.
