I pray everyone had a lovely Eid al-Fitr. We are in the month of Shawwal in which some observe fasting for an additional six days. Sautéed turmeric shrimp 🍤, tomato 🍅, and Zucchini noodles. 🍝 .
1. Sauté shrimp in a pan with 2 tsp olive oil, 2 tsp ghee, pinch @natierrasuperfoods
pink Himalayan salt, pepper, 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods
turmeric, and juice of 1/2 lemon 🍋. 2. Sauté tomatoes in a 1-2 tsp olive oil, pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and @simplyorganicfoods
3. Use the @oxo
spiralizer to make zucchini noodles. Sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add pinch of pink salt and pepper.
4. Dash of Zamzam at the end.
5. Salawat .
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “whoever The Ramadan fast and follows it with six days of fast in Shawwāl, it is as if he has fasted the whole year.” (Sahih Muslim)
