Strike a Pose!💥
Do you prefer candid or posed pictures❓
Strolling down East Side Gallery, this picture was captured by my favorite travel buddy aka my brother @danielebjansen
📸. I prefer this candid picture of me playing with my hair over the posed ones taken before and after this. My favorite pictures are always captures of moments when I’m doing something silly or crazy; they make the best memories!
While visiting Berlin, you have to go to the East Side Gallery and see the murals painted on Berlin Wall. It is the longest open air gallery in the world and the murals are amazing, which is interesting to any art and/or history lover.
A very romantic atmosphere with the sun reflecting on the water channels, the best time to go to Navigli is at the end of the day. The area very popular for Milanaise citizens to hang out ! .

We should never let reality interfere with our dreams. Reality can’t see what we can see 😉
If you’re this happy it’s Friday too, double tap it. 👍
“Some day I hope to learn more about the sun and stars, at that time we should all meet there, but for the present I prefer to have the boundaries shown by our familiar rivers and mountains.” Washakie, 1876
I’ll be on the road for 13 hours today. (In a car not like 👆🏽) Thankfully, I love the road! Even the boring highway driving. The flat fields of the Midwest. The towns with one stoplight. The farms dotting the landscape.
I feel a sense of flow on the road. Mindfulness. I see things. Really see them. Appreciate them. The places in between airports. The things you find when you follow the billboards and those brown parks and recreation signs. I find peace.
So gimme some podcast recommendations (for later when I’m over the romance of it all 😳) I’m caught up on most of mine and I’m open to anything!
BA is a city of artists 🎨💕
They make me wish I could do more with a paintbrush 🖌️Are you artistic?
Dear Kootenays: I’ll see ya tonight 😘
Early mornings in the French Quarter will show you a side of the city rarely seen. Calm, cool, and beautiful light pouring down every alley
What are you most excited for this weekend? Hope you all have an amazing one! ❈

I whisper WTF to myself at least 20 times a day.
I have moments where I have no idea what I am doing.
I have my moments where I completely forget who I am.
There are days when I just want to give in and give up.
And in those moments I can’t help but say “WHAT THE FUCK?!” (it’s usually a “what the fuck is wrong with you?!” 😉) Because in those WTF moments, you know you ain’t you! You know something is off. You know something needs a damn wake up call!! Shake that shit off, girl!
Get yourself right!! Journal.
Dig into your purpose.
Dig into that badass that you know you were born to be.
Dig into the girl that you have decided you are going to show up as in this life.
And then, be her.
We all have our WTF moments. But the only thing that matters is how we choose to use them to FUEL our fire for life 🔥 .
Thank you @badasserymag
For reminding me that I’m not alone 💖

"I've said you can actually see this fusion in skilled mechanics and machinists of a certain sort, and you can see it in the work they do. To say that they are not artists is to misunderstand the nature of art. They have patience, care and attentiveness to what they're doing, but more than this—there's a kind of inner peace of mind that isn't contrived but results from a kind of harmony with the work in which there's no leader and no follower. The material and the craftsman's thoughts change together in a progression of smooth, even changes until his mind is at rest at the exact instant the material is right."

Not all of you know this, but I grew up in an abusive household. I then recreated it by marrying someone whose behaviors felt very familiar to me. 🌨🌨🌨 My ex is a 1%er - 99% of people move on after a divorce, but there’s one person out of 100 that doesn’t. And they get nasty. It can seem the peaks and valleys are never ending. But I promise they are. On the blog I’m talking about what to do if your ex fits this description. 💙💙💙 Namely, you must begin taking concrete steps to putting up barriers to begin developing coping skills to manage the deadly, abusive behavior. More details on the blog friends. You aren’t alone in this. I got ya. ❤️✨ #takecareofyourself #loveyourself #narcissist
Wildflowers and wonderful women for this solstice. 🌞

Climbing into the dark on the shortest night of the year. Celebrated the summer solstice by mountain biking all morning, rafting all afternoon, and climbing all night. Sent the final pitch in the dark with a headlamp. Perfect night out with an incredible crew.
Got my first rafting video up this morning too, so click the link in my bio to watch it now if you haven’t already!

So excited to be here at Area 47! It feels like I’m at summer camp! Yesterday was the first day and we have already had the chance to high dive, play in the water park, slack line, and go white water raft!! I can’t wait to see what the rest of the week will be like! Thank you so much @redbullcliffdiving
I woke up this morning, unsure if I could share myself so vulnerably with a mass of strangers on @womenwhohike
’s Instagram page.
I’m going to bed with a very full heart, cried-out eyes from all of your comments, and a head cold.
Please go watch the live videos on @womenwhohike
before they are gone from IG stories. Jenny Bruso from @unlikelyhikers
did a really important thing, speaking for people that don’t feel seen in the outdoor industry.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
