Both the persons that want to get fat and thicker and the one that want to get thin and bony,, have body negativity.
Body negativity is not loving your body for the way it already is, feeling like you'll look much better if some areas can be altered and adjusted. But the truth is, those areas been changed doesn't remove body negativity, cause a person who's negative about his or her body is never satisfied and it's worse when they have someone they're trying to be like (Yes, boys have body negativity too). Now, changing to being positive about your body is just embracing the way your body is and accepting what you think as flaws as designs. Don't let social media or Instagram tell you how you should look like.
Yes, please be healthy and eat right, eat fruits and vegetables and whatever. If you hate the idea of exercising, just take walks and make sure you're not just sitting down doing nothing everyday. move!.. walk around, engage yourself in your hobbies.
Surround yourself with positive people too, not those who tell you what you want to hear o. Those that would help you and caution you when you need to be healthy.
If at the end of the day, you know and you know and know that deep inside you're healthy then don't let it bother you for any reason.
Except you're a Kardashian and your source of living is literally from the way your body looks, and in that case I don't know for you.
