Cuece la quinoa a fuego lento durante 15 minutos con una pizca de sal y una ramita de romero (300 ml. de agua para 150 gr. de quinoa). . . Pela y trocea la manzana y el colinabo en dados. Corta también el queso gouda (80 gr. aproximadamente). . . Prepara el aliño añadiendo en un bol el vinagre de manzana, el aceite de oliva, una pizca de sal y de pimienta. Por último remueve toda la mezcla bien. Para servir, pon en un plato las rodajas de remolacha, sirve la quinoa cocida y añade el colinabo, la manzana y el queso gouda. Aliña con la mezcla que has hecho anteriormente y decora con unas hojas de albahaca y brotes de remolacha.

Recipe for the pizza crust below, and on my blog (link in bio) in German! 🍕 Swipe for a close up of this beautiful pizza ❤️ Makes 2 large pizzas: 300g Quinoa 150 ml water 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder Method: Soak quinoa ideally overnight, then rinse really thoroughly with hot water. Combine with other ingredients, blend everything and pour on two baking trays lined with parchment paper. Put in oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 min, take out, top with tomato sauce and other toppings as desired, and bake again for about 15 min. Enjoy! ✨Mediterranean quinoa and bean burgers ✨ - I posted this the other evening and a few people asked for the recipe, so here it is! 🍋 - ✨A healthy vegan meal from @mindfulchefuk ✨ - Serves 2 🍴 - -240g cannellini beans drained -80g quinoa -Handful cherry tomatoes -60g sundried tomatoes -1 avocado -30g pitted black olives -1/2 red onion -1tsp dried Italian herbs -4tsp balsamic vinegar -Olive oil, salt and pepper - Cook the quinoa in a pan of boiling water and simmer for 15mins - To make the salsa, cube the avocado and quarter the cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Finely chop 1/4 red onion and add to the bowl. Drizzle over some olive oil, balsamic and salt and pepper to make a dressing and combine - Mash up the drained cannellini beans on a plate or wide bowl ensuring they’re all crushed well. Drain the quinoa and add to the beans. Add the chopped up olives, sundried tomatoes, salt, pepper and Italian herbs. I also added the left over red onion chopped up finely for some crunch. Add a splash of the balsamic vinegar. Mix well then form into 4 burgers (try to make them small and thick, otherwise they’re difficult to flip in the pan!) - Heat a large frying pan with some olive oil and fry the quinoa burgers for 4-5mins on each side or until golden brown (flip carefully, they’re delicate!) - Serve with the avocado and tomato salsa 👌🏻 - ✨This meal took around 25mins to make and was super tasty! ✨ ✔️Packed full of healthy fats from the olive oil, sundried tomatoes, olives and avocado - a great option for lunch or dins 🥑🍅 💕My cold is finally gone after plenty of rest and healthy food! Here’s a refreshing quinoa chickpeas salad. • • • Cooked some red quinoa (you can prepare the quinoa one day before), added in some cooked chickpeas or chickpeas from a can if you had to. I honestly did not measure how much quinoa and chickpeas I added to my salad. Then I added 2 cucumbers, finely diced tomatoes (1 medium sized), 1/4 of a medium sized white onion cut long and thin, handful of parsley, and 1/2 an avocado. For the dressing, I just mixed lemon, olive oil & salt. Enjoy :)

Eating oily fish a couple of times per week is a great way to increase your essential fatty acid intake and the ratio of Omega 3 to Omega 6 fat in wild salmon (as opposed to the poor farmed salmon) has been found to be superior, which is unsurprising. Be label savvy, e.g. Atlantic salmon is likely to be farmed. Always think about potential toxic load as well and choose your fish wisely.
