I’m back down to 145 but I’m not discouraged because I’m still stronger than ever. I’ve switched my training to incorporate powerlifting movements into every workout. So every time I hit the gym, I either deadlift, squat, or do cleans. I also switch off between 5 reps and 10 reps meaning if I went for weight on incline dumbbell press one day, the next time I go for 10 reps and a lower weight. My overall goal is performance, not aesthetics so I’m content. I have been slacking on my caloric intake but that’s just because I’ve been enjoying my weekends. I can’t complain. I haven’t been taking any supps except pre-workout. In a couple weeks, I plan on taking myself off the pre-workout and start the whey and casein and weighthgainer again. Many people don’t need specialised shoulder exercises, they just need to learn to understand correct positioning during movement. When it comes to shoulder position stop thinking about down and back, think broad and wide. In addition to this we also see a lot of people doing specialised rotator cuff exercises in the gym. The issue seen is that these are performed with “poor” shoulder positioning. This creates an unwanted overload on structures and may cause issues. A majority of time people do not need specialised shoulder rehab exercises, they need to learn to understand good shoulder positioning.

Some back training from last night. Lately I have struggled with some of these movements previously being restricted. Restricted in movement and therefore the ability to progress in weight. This along with some nasty headaches and pain in my shoulder raised an alarm bell that something wasnt right. So here I am stripping it back to basics! Thanks to @stentcard

So this was too bad. It's made me change up my training a lot, but I'm still getting it in at the gym. I'm seeing a hand specialist on the 20th to set up a date for surgery.
Feeling the best I have ever felt about my bench. Still not back to my best in terms of weight lifted, but my technique is the most consistent it’s ever been. I’ve been doing more work on keeping my thoracic spine mobile and it seems to be helping. 2ct pause 60kg followed by 3x57.5kg.
Had band assisted bench on the camber bar today and it was a struggle ☠️ finally ended up at 165lbsx2 which wasn’t so bad. When up to 170 and almost died, the bar was all over the place on rep 2. Was hoping to hit a little more than this but not every day is the best #strengthfromstruggle
