Brilliant for keeping the body strong, hard AF to do haha keep arm straight the whole time.
I started learning to do this move at home with a shoe, no joke. Today I see I still need improvement with that planted foot, it’s not suppose to move.
Start light to get the move down. You go down the same way you get up. • fore arm, hand, hip hinge, knee down, lunge position, stand up. •try 5 each side. Enjoy! 😘
