Eat slowly, and... Chew your food. .. 🌮 Give your gut and Brain the 20 minutes it needs to communicate and give yourself a chance to digest and absorb the food you eat. .. 🌮 Do these seem too basic? 🤔 99% of people are unable to do it, even one of them, at every meal for 2 weeks. ☕️ Give it shot.
