Gotta make sure you got that depth check.
You don’t want to get 🔴🔴🔴 due to depth. You want to get ⚪️⚪️⚪️ every single time. Not training to depth is detrimental when you perform the squat in a meet or comp cause if you get red lighted at your 1st attempt, it can completely take your confidence away to moving to a heavier weight for your 2nd attempt. This means you won’t be able to hit the 3rd attempt you aimed to hit.
