I remember when I first started running again to train for my Ragnar. It was so hard. I had to walk half the time. My pace was horrible and it took everything in me to complete these runs. . . . Today I woke up early and just felt like running. I mean I actually looked forward to it! Its still hard, but I feel like I'm getting stronger and the run is getting a little easier. My pace has improved, I walk less, and I actually feel so accomplished when I'm done. . . . Within my 53 minutes of running....
