When you do an extra set for the gram... The last 4 reps of 12 made me rethink what the heck I was doing... “That hurt!”
My friends and I used to make up dance💃 routines every chance we got. We grew up performing in our little dance group all over the island. 👯👯
My mom also loved music🎶 and taught dance💃 in our little community.
I was dancing before I was introduced to sports and working out.

When there is a much more genuine connection with you and the future generation of the very people you represent, there has to be a bigger purpose than yourself. It’s not about you and YOUR Gainz! Your Gainz are only beneficial for yourself. It’s about US as people and how will we make a GAIN for US as a team. If you have any health tips, or bodybuilding guidance, pay it forward for our people.
Our culture will only exist where we strengthen it. Of course we all could use a little brush up on the language and knowledge on practices of our ancestors. But we have to be around to gain the knowledge we seek. Gout, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity won’t do it. So as long as @spawnbreezie
heart is still beating, lifting our people is the mission.

Day 15: After some squatting why not go do some 42" box jumps. Sure!!! I was tired most of the day but had to get in and bust out some legs and shoulders :) I know our body needs rest but I know it was more laziness not wanting to go to the gym then the need for rest. If you need rest, take it but if you're just lazy, all you have you have to do is show up. Progression is my perfection! #Alphaz

Oh how I’ve missed her 😴 Parenting these lil bebes without her is not the easiest. Although I am for challenges and growth, the only thing growing from these kids and their challenges is my stomach. So much credit and salute to our mothers and single fathers. Finding a balance from them and your personal needs is more challenging than I ever imagined.
Haven’t been able to hit the gym since she left. I don’t really cook other than meal prep, so we’ve been eating out quite a bit. And that’d be the funniest thing ever. Your mom comes over for dinner and all your kids have plastic containers w plain chicken, sweet potatoes and broccoli w a water bottle 😂🤣😂 Thatd be one shredded ass family 😂😂😂
Anyways, I’m so happy she’s home. Time to lose the fat I’ve gained and some. Happy Hump day fitfam. Hump day🤔...🤣 LETS GET THIS WORK🚧

I remember when I first started running again to train for my Ragnar. It was so hard. I had to walk half the time. My pace was horrible and it took everything in me to complete these runs.
Today I woke up early and just felt like running. I mean I actually looked forward to it! Its still hard, but I feel like I'm getting stronger and the run is getting a little easier. My pace has improved, I walk less, and I actually feel so accomplished when I'm done.
Within my 53 minutes of running....
I got to listen to an inspiring podcast, let all my thoughts just flow, and I was I inspired with a name for my upcoming Challenge group!🙌 (share with you soon)
