Eating is so important when it comes to your fitness goals. I always say “if you spend one hour in the gym, you have 23 hours to wreck everything you did while you were there. Eating a proper amount of macro nutrients (proteins, carbs & fats) 🍗 & micro nutrients 🥦(vitamins, minerals, etc. contained mostly in fruits & veggies) is essential to achieve optimum fitness. Before you can go on any hard core “Diet” I would advise you to start making smarter choices & clean up your current eating habits. Once you do that you can start to find the gaps in your diet and start filling them with healthy whole food meals or high quality supplements. My lunch today consisted of a 1/2 rotisserie chicken 🍗, brown rice, and a juice made up of spinach, kale, green apple 🍏 , carrot 🥕 , cucumber 🥒, banana 🍌 & @1stphorm Opti-Greens 50. 💥Buckwheat Grouts - It’s actually a seed. Gluten-free and inexpensive. . ▪️WHAT’s it got? One serving (100 grams or 2/3 cup) has 350 calories, 10g fiber and 12g protein AND a nice dose of B-Vitamins, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium, Zinc, Phosphorus, Iron and Copper. *and it’s not even ‘fortified’!* . ▪️Simple to make (either cook or sprout). . ▪️HOW?
