Готовьте, отмечайте меня, мне будет очень приятно. я очень люблю чечевицу- а это блюдо меня покорило... вкус изумительный, готовлю его уже ...давно с 2011 года😂 и всегда идёт на «ура» 🌿Паштет из чечевицы с курагой и орехами🌿 🔹150 г красной чечевицы 🔹100 г кураги 🔹50 г очищенных грецких орехов 🔹1 луковица 🔹раст.масло (по желанию) 🔹соль 🔹рубленая зелень Способ приготовления: Чечевицу сварить, воду слить. Горячую чечевицу пропустить через мясорубку вместе с предварительно замоченной курагой и орехами. Можно размолоть в комбайне, что я и сделала. Лук мелко нарезать, поджарить до золотистого цвета, переложить в чечевицу. Паштет посолить по вкусу, перемешать. Посыпать зеленью.
Risotto exprés con salsa de hongos y crema de almendras! 😁❤ . 🐦 Para el risotto. Primero dejamos en remojo un puñado de almendras durante al menos tres horas. Cocinamos arroz yamaní con poca agua a fuego bajo. Si se evapora el agua le vamos echando más de a poco. Enjuagamos las almendras y procesamos con poquita agua para que quede una crema espesa. Mezclamos con un chorrito de aceite de coco y le ponemos la mezcla al arroz. Condimentamos con sal marina, pimienta y levadura nutricional. Dato: la mezcla de almendras procesadas y aceite de coco la podemos guardar en el freezer en cubeteras y usarla para ponerle onda a cualquier comida 💕 . 🐦 Para la salsa: Salteamos champignones frescos y cebolla de verdeo con aceite de coco (si no tenés ponele de oliva). Cuando se doraron agregamos leche de coco, curry y sal marina. Espesamos la salsa con maicena. Si no tenés idea cómo se usa la maicena, como yo, googleá "espesar salsa con maicena paulina cocina" y @paulinacocina te lo explica breve y clarísimo, es súper fácil si tenés SU GUÍA MILAGROSA. Le ponemos gotitas salsa de soja, lo agregamos al arroz y listo! It’s hot outside and I can’t be bothered to eat hot food SO HERE YA HAVE IT! Roasted vegetable pasta with a side salad 🥗🌶🍅🥒 * * ✅ Quick ✅ Minimal effort ✅ Great for lunchboxes * * 🌱INGREDIENTS 3 mixes peppers finely sliced, 3 garlic cloves slices, 3 spring onions sliced, diced courgette, punnet of cherry tomatoes cut in half, half a jar of passata, handful of basil, bag of spinach, olive oil, salt, pepper. * * 🌱METHOD 1. Roast all veggies in a casserole dish covered in foil, in the oven. That’s your peppers, onion, garlic, tomatoes, courgette, with salt, pepper, olive oil and passata. Keep it in there for 40 minutes. 2. Whilst that’s cooking stick your pasta on. 3. Once the veggies are cooked, stir in the basil, spinach and pasta. 4. DONE! Boiled potatoes are another good way to cook for a minimal amount of time as they only take a few minutes. Boiling times wouldn't normally be a problem for me in cold weather but I'm currently trying to keep the house cooler (can you even believe that?) Today's potatoes are with garlic and fresh parsley. Kinda looks 👀 like Oatmeal, but it’s not!! This is a Riced Cauliflower Quinoa Mushroom Skillet!! There is a lot of good stuff in this little plate of yumminess!! There are onions, celery, mushrooms, spinach, garlic, cauliflower and of course quinoa. My Mamma told me to eat my vegetable, so I finally decided to listen!! Haha 😂!! EXPERIMENTING I’ve decided to try cooking new things and experimenting a bit since I’ve gone #pescatarian , and this #datebutter was one of my BEST discoveries, and it’s so easy to make! Buy and pit 2 x 250g dates, and layer th into a sealtight glass jar. (Try to proper pack them in). Cover with boiling water, leave for 24 hours and then whizz up in a food processor. You can add cinnamon or agave nectar if you want but I didn’t need it. 🌱NEW FAVORITE VEGAN PANCAKES 🥞 Wowza, these where easy😂 they are just oats, cashew milk, and banana. I added some vanilla extract and of course, my favorite-- chocolate chips. I like this recipe because I am a generally messy person and anything with flour tends to get out of hand fast haha💣💥. ANYWHO 10/10 would recommend it's also really great for someone like me who is normally just cooking for one or two servings. En honor al 99% de ustedes 😂 va la receta del cheesecake crudivegano 💜 ➡️BASE 3 tazas de almendras activadas⚠️ 1 taza de dátiles activados 1 cucharada de polvo de cacao ➡️PRIMERA CAPA 2 tazas de castañas de caju activadas (sin sal) 2 tazas de frutillas 2 cucharadas aceite de coco 4 cucharadas xilitol* ➡️SEGUNDA CAPA 2 tazas castañas de caju activadas (sin sal) 1/3 lata leche evaporada de coco** 2 cucharadas aceite de coco 3 cucharadas xilitol ⚠️ACTIVAR: Significa dejar remojando en agua por 4 horas los frutos secos, luego drenar y botar el agua de remojo. *XILITOL, es un endulzante natural que se descubrió de la madera del abedul, actualmente se extrae del maíz no transgénico. Tiene efecto PREBIOTICO por su contenido de fibra. Yo lo uso mucho en repostería, es uno de mis endulzantes favoritos, pero pueden reemplazarlo por el endulzante que tengan. **LECHE EVAPORADA DE COCO, se mueren lo rica que es, la encuentran en @almacenfibra (OJO que trae azúcar, coman a consciencia 😉) ➡️UTENSILIOS 1 procesador de alimentos 1 molde desmontable de 18cm ➡️PREPARACIÓN: BASE: Procesar las almendras hasta formar harina no tan fina (la idea es que quede crunchi), agregar el polvo de cacao y finalmente los dátiles hasta obtener una masa homogénea. Distribuir en el molde aplastando con los dedos. Refrigerar por mientras hacen la primera capa. PRIMERA CAPA: Procesar las castañas de caju hasta lograr consistencia crema, añadir el xilitol, las 🍓🍓🍓, el aceite de 🥥 y seguir procesando hasta que esté todo homogéneo. Verter sobre la base y volver a refrigerar para luego agregar la segunda capa. SEGUNDA CAPA: seguir el paso anterior, también hasta formar una crema. Importante cuando agreguen esta capa, verifiquen que la anterior ya este durita, para que no se mezclen los colores. Finalmente decoren con frutillas… a mi se me acabaron por eso use frambuesas… pero lo ideal es que la decoración siempre de una idea del sabor de la preparación. Antes de servir, dejen refrigerando el cheescake un par de horas, para que quede compacto y no se desarme al cortar. ✨Y listo✨!! Ya tienen una versión de cheesecake libre de lacteos, huevos y gluten ❤️💜 Linda semana para tod@s😘

BUGERS DE POROTOS NEGROS✨ Más hamburguesas de legumbres y menos de animales🤘🏻 Para 4 hamburguesas: • 1 1/2 tz. porotos negros cocidos • 1/2 tz. avena • 1 diente de ajo grande • 1/2 cebolla • Pimentón rojo • 6 champiñones Procesa los porotos negros y la avena hasta que quede todo molido. En un sartén con una cds. de aceite de oliva, agregarla cebolla, ajo, pimentón y champiñones, todo cortado chiquito. Sofreir hasta que la cebolla esté transparente y vertir en un recipiente junto con la mezcla anterior y aliños como sal y merkén. Precalienta el horno a 200C. Divide la mezcla en 4 y darle forma con tus manos, poner en la lata del horno sobre una lámina antiadherente o papel de cocina y hornear por 20 minutos o hasta que estén doradas. . Las papitas son horneadas, la receta se las subí anteriormente. Recuerden que cuando coman legumbres deben acompañarlo con alguna fuente de vitamina C para mejor absorción de nutrientes 😊 . BLACK BEANS BURGERS✨ In a food processor, add 1 1/2 cups of cooked black beans and 1/2 cup of oats and process. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and add 1/2 onion, 1 clove garlic, 6 mushrooms and a piece of pepper, all minced, and cook for 5 minutes. In a bowl, add both all the ingredients, the condiments you prefer and mix. Preheat the oven at 180C. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Place shredded spring onions and cucumber on a serving plate, set aside 2. In a small serving bowl, mix 3 tablespoons Hoi Sin sauce with 1 tablespoon water, set aside. 3. Drain the mock duck with a sieve, shaking to remove excess water then transfer to a chopping board and cut into 1-2cm thick strips. 4. Heat the olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan then add the mock duck and fry for 5 minutes until it turns golden. Transfer to a serving dish, set aside. 5. 🚨 Breakfast idea alert 🚨 - 💛 TOFU SCRAMBLE 💛 - When I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle, one thing I did miss was eggs. I’m Mexican, we had eggs with everything and it was a staple in our breakfast growing up. Fast forward to today and I’m happy to say I’ve stumbled upon a dish very close to some scrambled egg. - Here is the tofu scramble! Very simple and quick to make! - All you need is a block of extra firm tofu, a bit of turmeric, pepper, nutritional yeast, and salt to tase. Toss the ingredients into a pan (no oil needed) scramble the block of tofu with the seasonings and TA-DA! You’ve got yourself a tofu scramble! Feel free to add in whatever veggies your heart desires to turn that dish into the ultimate tofu scramble! - I normally use whatever veggies I have in my fridge (before they go bad). Today we wandered around Biarritz. It’s this cool surfing town on the south west coast of France. It borders with Spain in the Basque area. You can see the Spanish influence here in the architecture. All the building have Spanish tiles on the roofs. I’ll try to post some pics later. Anyway... here’s my dinner tonight. A lot of the ingredients are left over from this mornings produce run. Green lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, and mushrooms. I topped it with some lentils mixed with lemon juice and olive oil and piment d’espelette, a local chili 🌶. I’m telling you guys... THIS is the way to eat when you travel. I have NO jet lag and NO tummy trouble, which is so the norm with traveling. 《🌨❄🌬🌫》 Para los que sufrimos con el frío! Igual me gustan tanto💙 las lentejas que como varias veces por semana todo el año😅. Me dan mucha energía, son fáciles, baratas y tan saludables!. ☝️Las lentejas tienen 7.54 mg de hierro por cada 100 gr. La carne de res no llega a 2 mg (ojo con los tips para su correcta absorción, al final.) NO estoy diciendo que no coman carne, eso es una decición personal. Sólo les doy hechos, para que se informen. • #almuerzocaseroconlajesu • • Les he dejado muchas recetas...pero siempre quedan ligeramente distintas, porque las hago con lo que tenga a mano😉.• • ⬇⬇⬇⬇ LENTEJAS CON ZAPALLO. veganas. 5 porciones grandes.• • ❄Remojar 1/3 de kilo de lentejas (mis favoritas son las de 4 mm de @vidabanquete ). Por 8 horas mínimo. Lavarlas. ❄En una olla poner las lentejas con agua (mas arriba de las lentejas, pero no demasiado), agregar 3 tazas de zapallo/calabaza picado en cubos (mejor si son unos pequeños y unos medianos...así se deshacen los chicos y los otros no). 2 cebollines picados, medio pimiento sin cáscara. ❄Aliñar: sal de mar (no mucha, ya que las especias hacen su parte), pimienta negra, comino molido, 2 cucharadas de pimiento rojo seco, 1 grande de curry en polvo amarillo (ese típico del super), 1 pequeña de ajo en polvo. ❄Cocinar por unos 6 min. ❄agregar 1 zapallito italiano picado en cubos. ❄Cocinar a fuego lento revolviendo de vez en cuando. Unos 25 min o hasta que las lentejas estén suaves. Si se seca poner más agua. ❄Dejar reposar.• • TIPS 1.Si cocinas las lentejas muy rápido no quedan cremosas. 2.Servirlas con oliva crudo, ya que ayuda a la digestión de las legumbres, aporta grasas saludables y queda delicioso. 3.Come las lentejas junto a una fuente de vitamina c (tomate, algo con limón, pimenton. Ojo todo debe estar recien picado.) Spinazie is erg gezond. Deze groente zorgt namelijk voor sterkere botten (beter dan zuivel), een gezond hart en de de opbouw van spieren. Daarnaast is spinazie goed voor je libido en verbetert deze extreem gezonde bladgroente je gezichtsvermogen. Luteïne, omega 3 & foliumzuur Misschien dat spinazie enigszins, saai, groen en bladerig oogt, maar deze groene bladgroente is ideaal voor iedereen die gezond met zijn of haar lichaam om wil gaan. Spinazie bevat namelijk plantaardige omega-3 vetten en foliumzuur, die beide de kans op hart- en vaatziekten verkleinen. Verder zit er in spinazie een fytonutriënt (carotenoïde) genaamd luteïne, welke het verouderingsproces tegengaat. Misschien ken je de term ‘luteïne’ wel uit een reclame voor anti-rimpelcrème. In spinazie zit deze stof van nature, dus het bespaart je al snel 20 euro per potje! 💪🏽🌿
