I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t proud of this one! Inside this simple English muffin is cultured cashew cheese, avocado, tomato, and the delicious pile in the middle: Eggplant, onion, tomato, vegan sausage, cumin, and paprika. With some diced, fermented green pepper on top! If you learn to ferment a few things, it changes everything! Fermented foods add soooo much flavor and dimension. Maybe someday I’ll be making enough to give to everyone I know! In the meantime, I’ll teach you how to make your own🤗

Incredible experience, visiting high vibe places, consuming high vibe energy, and high vibe food for the high vibe mood! I love my life but I also love to travel very frequently to recharge, refresh and cleanse the energy I'm carrying around from day to day life. 🌱 today we walked up to Glastonbury Tor, had a little fruit picnic, meditate, spoke to like minded people who are getting in touch with their life purpose and their inner guide, and finished the day with a walk around town trying vegan chocolate and amazing food at Raindbows End Cafe. Vegan cheese & mayonnaise salad sandwich with crinkle crisps! Just been to a children's birthday party with my daughter and no Vegan options so was ravenous by the time I had this!! Need to be prepared and take snacks out with me!
🥜Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Overnight Oats🥜
•3/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats
•1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk + another splash in the morning
•1 1/2 Tablespoons peanut butter
•2 teaspoons agave
•1 teaspoon chia seeds
1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mason jar.
2. Allow the oats to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
3. In the morning, add a splash of milk, and stir everything together again.
4. Top with roasted peanuts, additional peanut butter, banana slices, fresh berries, @enjoylifefoods
dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut flakes, etc., if desired.
