Without enough that repair job is going to be pretty shoddy⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4️⃣Protein is a ‘task master ‘so it does place bigger demands on your body during digestion. This means that it does use more calories than carbs or fat but please don't misinterpret this as you can eat as much protein as you want.
