Day 3!!!! Last night was rough but so fun! It consisted of a lot of the fillings in tacos and soda water with lime. I went over my carbs for the day by 9 net carbs and my calories were high. When I have days like this I remind myself that before this lifestyle change it was much worse. Before Keto I would have had 3 glasses of wine and ate something from every food truck. But I didn’t and even though it wasn’t a complete victory it was still a small one for me to consciously make better choices. This journey is about baby steps! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Today for lunch I had a taco salad inside a tortilla shell that I did not eat. I didn’t plan on eating this today but I was in a rush and sometimes best laid plans fail. I found though, that I couldn’t even eat half the salad because I was so full already! I have leftovers for dinner tonight and I’m planning on fasting on Friday so one more rocket fuel latte this week! I hope everyone has a happy Wednesday!
